When people hear the word lifestyle, they picture a picture-perfect life.

The aesthetic morning routines. The expensive brunches. The spotless homes. The holidays. The matching workout sets. The idea that someone has somehow figured life out.

For a long time, I thought lifestyle meant that too.

I thought it was something you had once you’d “made it.”

But as I’ve got older, I’ve realised lifestyle has nothing to do with looking perfect.

It’s about how you choose to live your everyday life.

Mine doesn’t look glamorous.

It’s early school runs, gym sessions squeezed into the day, trying to build businesses, working late after my girls have gone to bed and reminding myself that I’m allowed to enjoy life too.

For years, life was about surviving.

Now, I’m learning how to live.

This chapter isn’t about pretending I’ve got everything together.

It’s about documenting the small moments that are helping me become the woman I want to be.

The routines.

The habits.

The places.

The lessons.

The moments with my daughters.

The quiet wins that nobody else sees.

Because I truly believe your lifestyle isn’t built in the big moments.

It’s built by the choices you make every single day.

I’m still learning.

I’m still growing.

I’m still becoming.

And if you’re somewhere on that journey too, I’m glad you’re here.
